Circle of Friends - Reunion

The Circle of Friends - Reunion was born from experiences of emotional goodbyes during the conclusion of each Winter Week trip. As the children boarded different flights home they were certain they would never see one another again. Jerry and Melissa wanted to ensure that this was not the case.

They decided to change the sad goodbyes to warm greetings by reuniting the children every two years. The reunion allows the children to renew old bonds while creating new friendships.

While the reunion continues to take place every two years, Jerry plans to create new programs and a variety of communication avenues to ensure that the group will constantly stay in contact and not wait until another trip to share each other's camaraderie.
